This week on Instagram: 3/2 - 3/9

This week was nice. I kept busy and was really productive. I've been forcing myself to go out more instead of choosing to stay home. Thanks to this blog I'm shooting more and overall I just feel happier. Spring is coming and I feel the regrowth of nature and myself.

Had another meeting at Nylon Magazine this week.

A wonderful nail lacquer from Butter London that makes me feel like sailor mars when I wear it.

A little selfie with my love before our shooting our first style post for the blog.

Richard's amazing gumbo for Fat Tuesday.

From my shoot last Wednesday with actress Natalie Hall

Brian and I baked bread from scratch and it ended up coming out pretty well!

Some lovely sunglasses that ZeroUV sent over for me to shoot with.

Got to shoot again with actor Daniel Franzese. Stay tuned to see the blog post tomorrow.

Natalie Hall

On Wednesday I got to shoot with the lovely actress Natalie Hall again.
We first met in 2010 when I had noticed her while watching All My Children with my abuela (see the full post on my feelings behind AMC and Susan Lucci here)
Anyway we were able to catch up again four years later over coffee this past February and yesterday we were finally able to shoot again. It was exciting to look at our last shoot (again, see our last shoot here) and see how "west coast it was" and how "east coast" we could make this shoot. We've both changed so much for the better and it's been such a blast to reconnect.

Don't forget to watch Natalie's new show, Starcrossed, on Monday's at 8pm on the CW.

This week on instagram 1/26-2/2 2014

A quick recap of the past week.
On Monday I met my newest nephew, Liam.

Justin and Aiden waiting at the hospital
Brian and I ended up on a billboard in Times Square for Axe's Kiss For Peace campaign.

We saw Pippin on Broadway. If you have the chance to see it you really should. It's such an entertaining show.

Had a reunion four years in the making with my friend Natalie Hall

Necessity

Two pieces from Anthropologie that I basically drool over every day.
